As a registered Sole Proprietorship with Garanti BBVA, I'm facing a frustrating issue at the 740 Üsküdar Çarşı Branch. While I have a Virtual POS and Payroll Payment Agreement, I'm unable to conduct any commercial transactions online in the Personal Transactions section of the Internet Banking platform. It states, "No corporate registration has been made for the selected company. Please consult your branch for internet banking definitions." When I inquire at my branch, they claim that sole proprietorships cannot have internet banking definitions. Contacting Garanti BBVA Corporate Customer Service, they informed me that if I can't perform these transactions, you won't see them in your mobile/internet branch. How can I proceed? Can you provide the necessary guidance to my branch?
