I Am Locked Out of My Garanti BBVA Account - Cannot Access My Salary
I can’t log into my Garanti BBVA account. The login screen doesn’t appear at all, and when I tap on “Personal,” nothing opens. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and it’s extremely frustrating. Please fix this problem as soon as possible—I’m really fed up with it. When I call customer service, it says “this number doesn’t exist.” I can’t access my bank account, the system keeps logging me out, the app deleted itself from my phone, and it constantly shows errors. My salary is about to be deposited, my loan payments are piling up, but I still can’t access my account. How is this even possible? If it’s not fixed, I’m going to close my account. Garanti Bank is completely over for me.
