Hello, I recently had a physical cash register POS device installed at my workplace by Garanti Bank. Surprisingly, I was never given any information about a transaction value limit. It turns out that if you happen to exceed this limit, your funds will be blocked for a whopping 45 days. I was not informed about this important information when the installation took place. Upon discovering the problem, we promptly took action by requesting the closure of the POS service as soon as our funds were held. Despite my previous request to close the service 10 days ago, the virtual POS and physical POS have not been deactivated, and I still haven't received a refund for the blocked funds. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about getting a physical POS device, there's an issue you should be aware of. It's something you don't want to find yourself dealing with.
