Garanti BBVA Did Not Call Me Back to Update My Company Card on Mobile Banking
I cannot reach Garanti BBVA! I’ve been calling for days but haven’t received any response. I need to update information on the mobile banking app for the card I use under my company’s name. Although they keep saying they will call us back for a process that could be handled without visiting the bank, no one has contacted us. This delay is affecting our business operations and wasting valuable time. It’s frustrating that a bank of this size cannot manage such a basic request efficiently. We constantly experience issues with this bank and are never taken seriously. I urgently request that my issue be resolved.
