I Deposited Cash Into a Garanti ATM but It Was Not Added
On Wednesday, June 11, between 18:45 and 18:50, I attempted to deposit ₺5,500 into my account using a Garanti Bank ATM located in Gerede, Bolu. However, the ATM swallowed my money. I immediately called customer service and submitted a request, and they told me I would receive a response within seven days, but I never heard back. So, on Tuesday, June 17, I called again and was told that my request had been rejected. I am absolutely sure I deposited ₺5,500 because I counted the money myself. I explained this to customer service, and they created another request, telling me again to wait seven days. However, I urgently need this money and have already waited six days—I don’t want to wait another seven. Garanti Bank is causing me serious inconvenience. I demand that my money be refunded immediately.
