ATM Jammed and Did Not Credit My Deposit

On September 5, 2025, between 21:00 and 21:05, while depositing ₺9,700 via QR code at the Garanti Bank ATM in front of Meram Private Academy Hospital on Beyşehir Street in Meram, Konya, the money suddenly got stuck in the machine and the screen displayed a “money jammed” warning. I carried out the transaction from my Garanti Bank account and immediately called customer service to create a record and provide the necessary details. At first, I reported the amount as ₺10,000 but later corrected it to ₺9,700, and I was told the update was entered into the system. However, when I called again on September 13, 2025, I was told that the deposited amount did not match and the issue was dismissed with a negative response. I created another record afterward, but I still feel that my grievance has not been resolved. I had never experienced any issues when using this ATM before. I request that this matter be thoroughly investigated and that the ₺9,700 stuck in the ATM be credited to my account.
