Garanti Bank Unauthorized Deduction

On March 15, 2024, at 14:33, Garanti Bank took ₺0.90 from my card without my permission and labeled it as 'salary'. I didn't authorize this transaction, which is a completely new problem for me as a Garanti Bank customer. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible. 1. I'm not an employee, and even if I were, I don't support unauthorized deductions from my account. 2. I don't get paid by Garanti Bank, no fees or salaries. Despite this, I just can't wrap my head around why this deduction was made. 3. When I reached out to customer service, they were unable to give me any specific details about the transaction. They simply said that the deduction had taken place but couldn't offer any further assistance. They recommended blocking my account and card, but I chose not to go with that option. They couldn't promise that I wouldn't face the same problem if I decided to open a new account. I'm worried about the safety of my bank account and card. I need my issue resolved as soon as possible.
