Garanti BBVA Charged Me ₺354 Annual Fee On a Credit Card I Don’t Use

My former employer opened an account with Garanti Bankası on my behalf for salary payments. They also sent me a debit card and a credit card associated with this account, which I used for about 10 months. After leaving the job, I stopped actively using the account. When I checked the account today after not using it for a long time, I was shocked to see a debt on the credit card statement because I hadn’t been using the bank or credit card. Upon reviewing the statements, I noticed that in November 2023, a ₺354 annual card fee was charged to my credit card, which I was completely unaware of.

I don’t understand why an annual fee was applied to a card I haven’t been using. Additionally, I didn’t open this account myself; it was opened by my former employer on my behalf. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed that a major company like Garanti BBVA would treat its customers in this manner. I demand that this amount be immediately removed from my credit card statement.
