On March 20, 2025, I purchased a GAP Logo Polo Collar 2-Pack T-Shirt Set from the official GAP website with order number 2872105490311845. I washed the items in the machine at 30°C on a delicate cycle, exactly as instructed. However, after the very first wash, the color turned into a dirty yellow, and the fabric completely lost its shape, looking worn out and stretched — as if it had been used for years.
Even though the product is under warranty, I have been unable to reach GAP customer service. I paid ₺2,399 for these T-shirts, and I am requesting either a full refund or an exchange for a proper replacement.
I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
