GAP Ignored My Missing Package After Faulty Same-Day Delivery
I placed an order (3039071801914293) on the GAP online store and paid extra for the same-day delivery option. Later, realizing that I might not be home in time, I updated my delivery address after business hours. About four hours later, I received a message saying, “Your package has been left at the door.” However, when I checked, the package was nowhere to be found.
It’s clear that GAP doesn’t monitor how its partnered courier companies operate. Once they receive the payment, they seem unconcerned about the rest of the process. The courier company Kolay Gelsin was especially problematic and unprofessional throughout this delivery.
