Later, realizing that I might not be home in time, I updated my delivery address after business hours. It’s clear that GAP doesn’t monitor how its partnered courier companies operate. Once they receive the payment, they seem unconcerned about the rest of the process. The courier company Kolay Gelsin was especially problematic and unprofessional throughout this delivery.
