GAP Bag I Bought for ₺1000 Fell Apart After a Few Uses and They Won’t Fix It



A bag that I bought from GAP a few months ago and used only a few times fell apart in August with cracks on both handles. The bag is small, so there’s no chance I could have put anything heavy inside. What could I have done to cause this? Besides, every other part of the bag still looks new. I took it back to the store where I purchased it, and they said nothing could be done because it wasn’t considered a manufacturing defect. I genuinely wonder how a bag that was sold for ₺1000 just a few months ago and made from material that shouldn’t easily wear out could fall apart so quickly. How can the company not take responsibility for this? I used to be a GAP customer, but from now on, I will never trust their quality or their complaint process.
