My Reebok Shoes Rip After 2 Months
I purchased a pair of Reebok shoes that started ripping within 2 months. I don't run or exercise in them, just wear them casually, but I sent them in for warranty repair. Their response was that there was no manufacturing defect found in the product. I'm baffled as to how a ₺3,000 product can tear after just 2 months of light wear. If it's a low-quality brand, they should price it accordingly.
I condemn the inspection team that reviewed my case. I paid ₺3,000 and could only wear them for 2 months. It's even a white shoe, not something I wear every day, but every other day. It's an unbelievable situation.
Thanks to them, the interest and attention is zero. Do not buy this brand, which is unclear what it is. They said my shoes would be delivered to the store under warranty, but they neither called nor asked about it. They lied about the shoes. I don't understand, a person would at least call and say "come get your shoes" or something. It's a strange brand, and customer satisfaction is zero.
