GamerMarkt Worst Experience - No Refund

I bought a Valorant account through Gamermarkt three months ago, and after just one day I could no longer log in. When I contacted customer support, I received the disappointing answer that they had to make legal clarifications with the seller and that I should just wait patiently. Since then I have been waiting in vain for a solution. I have neither received my money back nor have I been offered an alternative. This poor customer service and failure to resolve my problem is absolutely outrageous. I strongly advise anyone not to buy from Gamermarkt.
