Gameplus Performance Bundle OTP Code Not Sent

I attempted to purchase the ₺599 Performance bundle on Gameplus.com.tr via Chrome on my Redmi mobile phone, but I was unable to complete the payment and did not receive any security code (OTP) despite multiple attempts. I first tried to pay with a Garanti Bank card that belongs to my brother, and then with a TOM Hadi e-card, but in both cases, after entering the card information and confirming the purchase, no code was sent to me. After I tried several times, the system notified me that I no longer have any OTP right to try again, and now I cannot buy the bundle at all. This situation started today between around 16:00 and 17:44, and it is still ongoing. Right after experiencing this issue, I wrote to the support team via the Gameplus.com.tr website and explained the problem, but I have not yet received a response. I kindly request that the OTP/security restriction on my attempts be lifted, that the security code be sent correctly, and that I be allowed to complete the purchase of the ₺599 Performance bundle without further issues.
