Google Play Did Not Accept My Gift Code
On my Redmi Note 11S device, when I tried to use the ₺100 gift code I purchased through Google Play, I encountered an error saying “We need more information, please fill out the form.” This was the first time I tried to use the code, and I experienced no internet or device issues. I bought the code from a BİM store in Antalya, and I still have the receipt. I faced this issue on Tuesday, June 11, and despite contacting Google Play customer service, no solution was provided. I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible, either by renewing the code or refunding my money.
