I Report Unauthorized 199 TL Charge on Brawl Stars After Buying Brawl Pass Plus
On 09/05/2025, I purchased Brawl Pass Plus at a discounted price of ₺180 from my own account in Brawl Stars using my Samsung Galaxy S23 device. The product was successfully added to my account.
However, just a few minutes later, I received an SMS from my bank stating, “We are temporarily blocking your card, please confirm if this payment was made by you.” Since it was my own purchase, I confirmed it. But afterward, I discovered that an additional ₺199 had been withdrawn from my card without my knowledge.
This second payment appears under my brother’s account as if Brawl Pass Plus was purchased there as well. Yet my brother insists he did not buy anything, and no product has been added to his account.
I attempted to contact Supercell and Brawl Stars support about this issue, but I have not received any response. I request a refund of the unauthorized ₺199 charge and a resolution to this problem so that my grievance is addressed.
