PUBG Mobile Payment Blocked Due to “Security Restriction” Despite Sufficient Balance

I attempted to make an in-game purchase in PUBG Mobile using my Redmi Note 11s device and mobile payment method in Manisa, Turkey.
My PUBG Mobile User ID is 5237*74.

Each time I try to complete the payment, I receive an error message stating:

“Transaction declined due to security reasons.”

I have more than enough balance in my account, and there are no restrictions, bans, or unusual activities associated with my account. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem.

I have already contacted both PUBG Mobile and the payment provider’s customer service, but the responses I received have not resolved the issue. I am a Turkcell user and prefer to make my purchases using mobile payment.

I kindly request that this security block be lifted so that I can successfully complete my purchase in PUBG Mobile.
