Unable to Cancel Metin2 Onxy Subscription as Gameforge Support Login Fails for 2 Months

I want to cancel my Onxy subscription for the game Metin2, but for nearly two months I have been unable to reach the Gameforge support team. I can log into my regular Gameforge account, but when I try to access the support unit with the same email and password, I constantly receive an “error occurred” message and cannot access the system. Because of this, I cannot cancel my subscription, and a fee of ₺60 is being charged every month, causing me inconvenience. I have the relevant customer and invoice details and can provide them if necessary. I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my Onxy subscription be canceled.
