Gameforge Review: Hacked Account & Unauthorized Charge – No Support Response

My Gameforge account was hacked, and despite submitting a support ticket two days ago, I have received no response. Meanwhile, the hacker made unauthorized transactions totaling ₺10,000 from my linked payment method before I was able to lock my account.

I am deeply frustrated by the lack of urgency and poor security measures Gameforge has in place. The two-way authentication system is outdated and ineffective, leaving users vulnerable to such attacks.

I demand immediate action—restore my account and refund the unauthorized charges. Ignoring security issues like this is unacceptable. Gameforge must update its security protocols and improve customer support.
