Hacked Metin2 Account Email Changed Without Authorization on Gameforge

My account used for playing Metin2 on Gameforge was stolen, and I am currently unable to access my account. While the registered email address for my account was previously Nu***********@hotmail.com, it was changed to [email protected] without my knowledge or consent. My in-game account ID is nuri60bekler.

I see that the last modification to my account details was made on February 8, 2026, and when I attempted to log in again today, I realized I could no longer access my account. Through this process, I realized that unauthorized actions were taken on my account by someone else and that my email address was changed without my permission.

I tried to reach out to the support department, but I received no resolution whatsoever and have been unable to recover my account. I demand that security checks be performed on my account, that the registered email address be reverted to my original email address, Nu***********@hotmail.com, and that access to my account be restored to me.
