Gameforge OGame Took My Payment but Didn’t Deliver Dark Matter—No Support

-On December 28, 2024, I purchased Dark Matter three times (₺105 each) in OGame, but the Dark Matter never appeared in my account despite the charges being processed.
I submitted a support ticket to OGame, and instead of helping, they told me that they never received the payment and that I should contact Onebip, their third-party payment processor. However, Onebip does not respond at all, and Gameforge keeps redirecting me back to them.
Why should I chase down a third-party company when I made the purchase through OGame? I spent my money on your platform, and it’s your responsibility to ensure I receive what I paid for. Gameforge, either credit my Dark Matter or refund my money immediately!
