MTCGAME Took My ₺1521 but Didn’t Deliver My Purchase—No Support

I purchased a product from MTCGAME and paid ₺1521, yet they never delivered what I bought. Despite having proof of payment, they keep stalling me, claiming they haven’t received the money. I have been waiting since January 11, 2025, and they continue to use the same excuse to avoid fulfilling my order.

I even provided a transaction receipt with exact timestamps, yet they refuse to acknowledge it. At this point, I have already taken legal action and contacted a lawyer.

MTCGAME, deliver the product I paid for immediately or refund my money! Scamming customers and making them chase after their own payments is unacceptable. Others beware—do not trust this platform!
