Gameforge Asked to Investigate Missing Won, Yang, and Items in Metin2

I was affected by an incident that occurred today in Metin2, a game operated by Gameforge. I use two accounts in the game, including an alternate character account, and I had left my shop account logged in while I was away from home. When I returned and logged back into my account, I discovered that all 18 Won and approximately 83,000 Yang I had accumulated, along with every item listed in my in-game shop, had been stolen or removed. Nothing was left in my account.

I believe someone accessed my account without my knowledge or permission and took the Won, Yang, and items I had earned through my own efforts. The email address linked to my game account is u************@gmail.com.

I request that Gameforge thoroughly review all records related to my Metin2 account, identify the IP address or device used to access it, and fully restore the missing 18 Won, approximately 83,000 Yang, and all of my items.
