G2A Sold Me an Invalid PlayStation Premium Account

3

The PlayStation Premium membership I purchased from a seller on G2A.com turned out to be invalid. I’ve tried contacting both the seller and the platform, but I haven’t received any response at all. It’s impossible to get any replies through email or other communication channels.

The username and password provided to me do not work—they are completely invalid. On top of that, refunds seem to be entirely at the seller’s discretion, and the seller has clearly stated that they do not accept returns or refunds. The issue is that the username doesn’t exist or the password is incorrect, making the account unusable.
