Approximately 1-2 weeks ago, my email account was compromised, resulting in the unfortunate loss of my PlayStation Network (PSN) account. I've reached out to d*****@playstation.com twice in an attempt to recover my email account, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response. My PlayStation username has been altered, and I am currently unable to participate in any online gaming activities. This account has been around for 8 years and holds significant value for me. I've invested a significant amount of money into this account, yet I haven't received any assistance in recovering it. Could you please help me as soon as you can? Thanks a lot.

They emailed me and asked for information for a week, and today they say your information does not match. This cannot be possible.
