G2A System Shock Bundle Global Keys Cannot Be Activated in My Region
Today, around 4:00 PM, I purchased a bundle containing System Shock 1 and System Shock 2 through G2A. As stated in the product description, the games were delivered to me as GLOBAL KEYS. However, when I entered these keys on Steam, I received an error stating that they “cannot be activated in your region,” and I am therefore unable to add the games to my account.
My G2A order number is 92000159186566. Despite the product being advertised and sold as global, I am unable to use the keys because of a regional restriction. This has caused me both a loss of time and financial inconvenience. I have also tried to contact G2A's support team, but I have not received any response so far.
I request that I either be provided with new, valid keys that are genuinely global and can be activated in my region, or receive a full refund of the amount I paid without further delay.
