I ordered an expensive double-sided lightsaber from Fruugo as a gift for my nephew. After waiting weeks for delivery, the package finally arrived—but only half of the lightsaber was inside! The other half and the connector piece were missing.

Just like many other complaints about Fruugo, there is no real customer support. The only option is to message the seller, but they never respond. I paid a significant amount of money for this item, only to receive an incomplete product with no way to resolve the issue.

This is unacceptable! Fruugo must take responsibility for missing items instead of leaving customers helpless. I demand a full refund or the missing parts immediately! Avoid this site!
