Fruugo Marked My Order as Delivered but I Never Received It


On December 11, I ordered roller skate shoes through Fruugo. Despite the time that has passed, my order number 207995454 has still not been shipped, and I am unable to cancel the order through the system. I paid approximately $64 by credit card. Since the product has not been shipped, I request that my order be canceled and that the amount I paid be refunded to me using the same payment method. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
