Famradar Trial Turned Into an Unwanted Paid Subscription

I previously signed up for a Famradar trial subscription and then cancelled it. Despite that, on April 19th, Famradar charged 190 dirhams to my Mashreq Bank debit card — even though I had already ended the trial and never authorized any paid subscription. I'm kindly requesting that this 190 dirham charge be investigated, reversed, and fully refunded to my account, and that any subscription or automatic payment tied to my card be blocked immediately so that no further charges are made after cancellation.
