I Can’t Reach TikTok Seller and My Order Hasn’t Been Delivered
I ordered a dressing table from a seller on TikTok on April 16. At the time of purchase, I was told that the order would arrive within 3–4 days, but as of today, I still have not received the product. When I check my order on my TikTok account, there is no status update such as shipped, in transit, or delivered, and I have not received any email or notification about the shipment.
I also could not find any email address or phone number for the seller to contact them and ask about the situation. Given these circumstances, I am requesting that my issue be urgently investigated and that either my dressing table is delivered without any further delay or I am issued a full refund.
