I Can’t Log Into My BDG Game Account After Sudden Freeze on Aviator

I have an account on BDG Game where I play Aviator/Wings using the ID sachinchhimpa***@okaxis. My account was suddenly locked today right after I placed a bet. When I tried to log in and access my games and balance, I received a message stating that my account had been frozen, without any clear explanation. Because of this freeze, I am unable to access my winnings or use my account in any way, even though I was simply using the platform as usual.

I believe this situation is unfair and extremely stressful, especially since it happened immediately after my betting activity.
