I Can’t Get My ₹16,000 Deposit Credited on Big Daddy Platform

I am a user of the Big Daddy platform, and I am facing a serious issue with my account balance. A total amount of ₹16,000 (₹10,000 and ₹6,000) has been stuck in pending status for about one month and has still not been credited to my account. This long delay is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience and wasted time. My game ID on Big Daddy is 11930001. Even though the amount has already been debited from my side, it has not been reflected in my Big Daddy balance and continues to show as pending.

I attempted to contact Big Daddy customer support for assistance, but I did not receive any meaningful help or clear response, and the issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that my total amount of ₹16,000 be immediately transferred and credited to my game ID 11930001 without any further delay, or that I am provided with a clear explanation and a prompt resolution to this issue.
