My Luggage Lost on Freebird Airlines Hajj Flight

On June 25, 2024, I returned from my Hajj pilgrimage, flying from Jeddah to Istanbul with Freebird Airlines. Due to high volume, my suitcase wasn't loaded onto the plane. I filed a lost baggage form at Istanbul Airport, but it's been 4 days now, and I still have no news about my luggage. I can't find anyone to address my concerns; they keep brushing me off. They don't have the slightest idea where my suitcase is. Surprisingly, when I call the lost and found department, some staff even have the audacity to scold me. I still can't understand where they get the right to treat customers this way. I never expected such poor service from what I thought was a professional company.
