Freebird Airlines Compensation Dispute - Insufficient Payment for Damaged Luggage

After completing my Cyprus to Konya flight on February 18, 2024, I went to collect my luggage and witnessed that it was damaged. It was in an unusable condition, with not just the top part but also the wheels broken. Airport officials at Konya issued a damage report, advising me to contact Freebird Airlines. Communication was only possible via email, so I reported the situation accordingly. When asked for the receipt, I explained that I hadn't kept it and had purchased the suitcase six months ago. I received assurance of payment within 20 days. At the end of this period, 750 ₺ was credited to my account. However, I question how a large-sized suitcase can be purchased with 750 ₺. I have attached visuals showing current prices. The payment made for the damage to my suitcase amounts to only a quarter of its value, citing a 'usage fee' as justification. This explanation is absurd and leaves me feeling unfairly treated. I write this so that others considering this airline are aware of potential issues they may face. I have attached the damage report and current condition of the suitcase for reference.
