Freebird Airlines Lost My Parents' Baggage on Umrah Return

On March 7, 2024, my parents informed me that their luggage did not arrive on their Freebird Airlines flight from Medina to Konya after their Umrah pilgrimage. They were told at the airport that no information was available and they would be contacted within 3 days, but they have not heard back from anyone. We urgently request immediate action to locate and deliver their luggage to us. I strongly disapprove of experiencing such distress and demand a prompt resolution.
