Freebird Airlines Ignored My Calls After Losing My Bags

18

During my Umrah trip with Freebird Airlines, I first experienced a 4-hour flight delay, and to make matters worse, once we boarded the plane, the crew announced that passengers could sit wherever they wanted. This caused chaos, arguments, and confusion among travelers, which was completely unacceptable.

On the return flight, my luggage was lost. Despite repeatedly trying to contact the airline, I couldn’t reach anyone directly. The only response I received was, “We’ll reply by email,” after which they hung up the phone. I finally received my luggage 15 days later, which caused serious inconvenience during and after my pilgrimage.

This level of disorganization and lack of customer service from an airline is deeply disappointing.
