My Zamzam Water Bottle Burst on Freebird Airlines Flight from Medina to Istanbul

On April 29, 2024, after my Freebird Airlines flight from Medina to Istanbul at 12:35 PM, I was waiting for my luggage and Zamzam water. My luggage arrived, but the Zamzam water bottle had burst. I go on Umrah every year, and this was my first time flying with Freebird Airlines. I've never encountered such an issue before; the bottle was completely empty. How can I serve my guests now? I need this issue to be resolved.
