Freebird Airlines Flight Delay Complaint

We've been waiting for over an hour, both outside and inside, without any updates or information. The lack of preparation before opening the pilot cabin is a clear violation of safety protocols! I find it frustrating that I have to spend my own money while it seems like you get to enjoy chatting on both domestic and international flights. I am extremely disappointed with Freebird Airlines and have no intention of selecting them in the future.
