I attempted to complete online check-in for my Freebird Airlines flight, but it’s impossible to proceed without selecting a seat—and every seat option comes with an additional fee. There isn’t even a single free seat option available, which is incredibly frustrating.
This policy makes it impossible to perform a basic check-in without paying extra. Passengers are left with two choices: pay the additional fee during online check-in or wait until the flight day to check in at the airport.
I find this practice unacceptable and will not purchase tickets from Freebird Airlines again if this continues. I urge the airline to reconsider this approach and offer at least one free seat option during check-in.
