During my flight from Medina to Ankara Esenboğa on August 31 at 9:20 PM, I discovered after baggage claim that the handle and pull bar of my medium-sized Free Bird suitcase were broken. I’ve been using this suitcase for a long time, and even though it’s a high-quality product, I was very disappointed to see it damaged after this trip.
I purchased the suitcase online, and unfortunately, I don’t have a warranty document. However, I have photos showing the suitcase before the flight in perfect condition, as well as pictures of the damage after the trip. I will include these photos to support my claim.
I am requesting that Free Bird replace my damaged suitcase with a new one, as this damage clearly occurred during the flight. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue.
