Franke Dishwasher Baskets Rusted and Broken and Wheels Are Faulty After Short Use
My Franke dishwasher baskets are rusted and broken. The wheels are another problem. I have to force them into place every time. I used my previous machine for 18 years and never had such a problem. I had quit my machines just because I bought all my kitchen appliances from Franke. When I called the company, they said they would come, but they never did. As far as I can see on the complaint site, there are always the same complaints about this series of this brand. In this case, this means that the entire series is manufactured incorrectly. I want my grievance to be resolved free of charge.
