Unable to Purchase Fortnite Crew Pack After Switching from PS4 to PC
I previously purchased the Fortnite Crew Pack while playing on my PS4. However, I’ve since switched to playing on PC and no longer have access to a PlayStation console. When I tried to buy the new Battle Pass on my PC, I received an error message stating, “To access membership benefits, please log in on the platform where you joined Fortnite Crew.”
To resolve this, I canceled my Fortnite Crew membership through my PlayStation account and took a break from the game. After a month, I re-downloaded Fortnite and attempted to purchase the Crew Pack again, only to encounter the same issue. I can’t make any purchases, and this is extremely frustrating. I need urgent assistance to resolve this issue and regain full access to the game’s features.
