I tried to subscribe to the Fortnite Crew Pack in the game, but no matter how many times I tried, PlayStation Store kept showing the E-8210604A error, preventing me from purchasing the content even though there was sufficient money on my card. I had previously made purchases on PlayStation Store with the same card. Then I tried to purchase it from my computer, but my computer is old and couldn't install the game. So, I took a risk by giving my account and card details to a friend who plays the game on their computer. The error kept recurring, and I learned about the reasons and solutions through the support team. I tried solutions like checking the credit/bank card details linked to my account, re-registering the card, trying with another credit/bank card, and being told that this issue might be temporary. However, none of these solutions worked, and because of this, I took a significant risk by sharing both my account and card details with a friend. I urgently request that this issue be resolved.
