I am unable to purchase the Fortnite Crew Pack on Epic Games using my Papara card. I previously had an active subscription, but after not loading money onto the card for a few days, I can no longer complete the transaction.
When I reported the issue to Epic Games, they advised waiting 24 hours and trying again. I waited 48 hours, but the same error persists: "Looks like something went wrong. For your protection, this transaction has been declined. Please try another card or other payment methods."
This issue has been frustrating, as the payment should work seamlessly with my Papara card. I request immediate support from both Papara and Epic Games to resolve this problem so I can renew my subscription without further hassle.
