I Can’t Resubscribe to Fortnite Pass—Epic Games Blocks My Payment After Failed Charge
I had a Fortnite Pass subscription active until May 13. For a few days before it expired, Fortnite kept trying to charge my card, but since I didn’t have enough balance at the time, the charges failed. I went ahead and canceled the subscription manually to avoid further attempts.
Now that I want to resubscribe, my card keeps getting rejected. I’ve even tried using cards from different banks, waited 24 hours as suggested, and tried everything within my control—nothing works. I contacted both Epic Games and my bank, and each one says the other is at fault. Meanwhile, I still can't make the purchase.
What’s worse, Epic Games support has been no help at all. They keep giving the same copy-paste replies and haven’t offered a real solution.
I’ve been locked out of a service I actually want to pay for, and there’s no accountability. Epic Games must take ownership of this issue and resolve the payment problem immediately. I’m tired of being stuck in this loop with no resolution and no proper support.
