Fortnite Account Falsely Banned and Recovery Request Rejected

I am writing regarding my Fortnite account on PC with the username “Cersei も”. My account was falsely banned and, after that, I lost access to it. When I tried to recover my account, my recovery request was rejected with the message that there was not enough evidence, and I still cannot get back into my account. I have spent close to 500 USD on this Fortnite account, yet right now I cannot access anything I paid for. I received an email from Epic Games about my rejected recovery request with the Recovery request ID: ARTPXWA59WQZBRY36MW5. When I try to get support, I am stuck in a loop where I am asked to sign in first, but I cannot sign in because of the ban and the blocked recovery, so I cannot reach proper support. I want my Fortnite account on PC to be fully restored and accessible again. If this is not possible, I expect a full refund of the approximate 500 USD I have spent on this account, because I cannot use the account or any of the purchases I made. I request that my case be reviewed again, that the false ban and the denial of recovery be corrected, and that I either get my account back or my money back.
