Purchased a PUBG Mobile Account, Found It Banned

I recently purchased a PUBG Mobile account, but after logging in, I discovered that it was banned. I am unable to access most features, and now my ₺500 is completely wasted.
I want a full refund, as I paid for an account that I cannot even use. If PUBG support does not resolve this, I will take further action and report the issue to the necessary authorities. This is unacceptable, and I will not let my money go to waste over an issue that is not my fault.
PUBG, please respond and process my refund immediately! I expect a fair resolution and won't hesitate to escalate this if necessary.
