I Face Account Theft on Epic Games and Can’t Access My Purchased Games for 1 Year

I purchased games and invested my money on Epic Games on digital content. Unfortunately, about one year ago, my Epic Games account was stolen. Since then, I have been unable to access my own account and the games I paid for.

I contacted Epic Games support numerous times, but I have yet to receive a clear or helpful response. Despite providing proof of ownership, such as account details and screenshots showing the username “h***” linked to my account, the issue remains unresolved. Meanwhile, the person who stole my account continues to play games on it, making my situation even more painful.

This account theft has caused significant financial loss and emotional distress, as I lost access to content that I purchased and enjoyed. I explicitly request the immediate recovery of my Epic Games account and the restoration of all my purchased games.
