My Forex.com Funds Not Available for Withdrawal

I'm uncertain if Forex.com engages in such a practice, but I went ahead and registered. Upon receiving a recommendation, I decided to deposit some funds and venture into the world of trading. The deposited amount saw a slight increase on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, when I submitted my credit application, the account did not reflect the credit transaction. I've been informed that there is a requirement to make an external payment before I can proceed with withdrawing the funds at a later time. Customer service provided this information.
