Ford Transit Step Replacement Delay Causing My Business Harm and Safety Issues

I own a new 2023 Ford Transit. Unfortunately, I've encountered a problem with the step. The dealership said it needs to be replaced under warranty, which is fine so far. However, I'm facing a huge issue with the part being unavailable. My van is used for transporting personnel, so having no step is a serious safety hazard. One of my employees even twisted their ankle getting out of the van without the step. This has caused them a lot of trouble and I've had to provide support during their recovery. I'm asking you to please prioritize getting the replacement part to the Antalya Billaller dealership as soon as possible. My business is suffering due to this delay.
